December Single Spotlight

Single Spotlight is a special feature on idol BEATS Radio that introduces you to idol singles that are releasing each month. The Single Spotlight ads are always exactly 2 minutes long, and will play about twice and hour. For more information on a single you heard a preview of on the station's Single Spotlight, you would come to this page! However, remember that idol BEATS Radio is first and foremost a radio station, not a news website. These will not be full articles, simply some info and MVs to give you the opportunity to get interested in the singles, as well as info on the different places you could purchase the single. Remember, if you like an idol or specific release, do your best to support them when you can buy purchasing their work!

Single Spotlight was created because Radionomy has it's own ads play during these periods to keep the station running. However, these ads only play for listeners who live in a country where the ad is relevant. If the ad was not aimed at you, Radionomy would play it's own randomly chosen filler music. This music was disruptive to the station (as it could be any genre of music), so I chose to insert my own fillers, which had to be exactly 2 minutes each. And thus, Single Spotlight was born.

If you use the links on this page to buy the single, you will be financially supporting idol BEATS Radio! It will cost you nothing extra, but idol BEATS Radio will receive a percentage of the profit. This money will go towards buying CDs (through CDJapan, YAJ, and acquaintances attending idol events) and songs from iTunes to play on the station. CDs bought using profit earned from Single Spotlights will be put back into the station not only in the form of music to play, but also in giveaways. Cheeky Parade is the second of three groups under iDOL street. This is Cheeky Parade's 4th major single, 5th overall. The single is a double a-side. The release date is December 3rd. The first track, Candy Pop Galaxy Bomb!! is a massive song, lasting about 8 minutes! The song changes sound and style slightly throughout it's length, giving a bit of everything all in one. The MV was shot during Cheeky Parade's trip to New York. (Including their New York concert!)
